Presentations will last 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for questions/discussion.
All conference rooms are equipped with a microphone, computer and projector.
The conference language will be English.
*Instructions for poster presentations*
Formatting
- Size: max. one A1 sheet (max. dimensions of 59.4cm height x 84.1cm width / 23.39 inches height x 33.11 inches width)
- ‘Portrait’ orientation.
Posters should be handed to the organisers on Friday 29 (unfortunately, there will be no printing facilities at the venue).
They will be displayed all day on Saturday 30. Poster presenters will need to stand by their posters during the two coffee breaks and be prepared to answer questions from the attendees.
All posters must be removed by the authors after the conclusion of the conference (poster materials left after the closing slot will be discarded).
